With a recent resignation, there are now TWO open seats on Woodstock’s Selectboard.
Selectboard Appointments
The Selectboard, per 24 V.S.A. § 963, (a) When a vacancy occurs in any Town office, the Selectboard forthwith by appointment in writing shall fill such vacancy until an election is had;
The Selectboard plans to appoint individuals to BOTH open seats.
- Application deadline: September 10th, 2026
- Potential Candidate interviews: Tuesday September 15th at 6:00PM Selectboard regular meeting
- Potential appointments following interviews.
There are two seats open with terms ending Town Meeting March 2027.
