Woodstock is looking to fill an upcoming vacancy for our Investment Advisory Committee. This committee manages Woodstock’s Endowment Fund by following the current Statement of Investment Objectives and Policy and making recommendations for any changes to the Selectboard and Trustees. The funds are currently invested in two Vanguard Index Funds and in the Vermont Community Loan Fund. Additional responsibilities include:
- Recommend a ratio of holdings in a stock index fund, a government bond index fund and a money market fund based upon market or economic conditions or other relevant factors to the Town Selectboard and the Board of Village Trustees
- Present investment performance on an annual basis to the Town Selectboard and the Board of Village Trustees.
- Determine and execute the annual payout to Town and Village
