‼️‼️Town of Woodstock Agenda Minutes and Videos‼️

We want to clarify the process that is used to get the agenda, minutes and videos out to the public for the Selectboard, Trustees and Joint board. Agenda for regular meetings need to be posted within 48 hours of the meeting. Agendas for special meetings need to be posted 24 hours before the meeting. So with that said if there is a meeting either special or regular I continue to regularly get the agendas for that meeting out two days before the start of the meeting. So if the meeting is on Monday the agenda goes out Friday, if the meeting is Tuesday the agenda goes out Friday.
