Propane
2024-2025
The Town of Woodstock is soliciting proposals for the delivery of propane at the following locations for the 2024-2025 heating season.
Specifications:
Automatic deliveries to be scheduled by Dead River and will keep all tanks with enough propane to keep each building heated.
Please submit bids two ways:
- Price above cost to dealer
- Fixed cost for the heating season

Bids to be submitted prior to Monday, July 15, 2024, at 11:00 am in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Propane 2024”. Emailed bids will not be accepted.
Bid Opening:
Bids will be opened in public on July 15, 2024, at 11:00 am in the 2nd floor conference room, Woodstock Town Hall, 31 The Green, Woodstock, VT.

Award will be based on price and other considerations. All bidders must include proof of Worker’s Compensation at time of award. Women and minority owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal. The Town of Woodstock reserves the right to reject any and all bids received.
