PROPOSAL: Replace existing generator, place on concrete pad with shadow box screen fence at south corner of building.

PROPOSAL: Replace slate roof that faces South Street with standing seam to match all of the other roofs on the building.

PROPOSAL: To remove one 31 7/8" x 65' window on the west side of the existing building and install two new 32 1/2" x 48 1/4" windows, and install a new high efficiency furnace.
