We are sorry to inform you that the VDBR meeting scheduled for Wednesday October 22, 2025 has been cancelled. Unfortunately, due to an internal malfunction, the agenda was not posted to the website. Open Meeting Law dictates that the agendas presence on the town website must precede any regular meeting by at least 48 hours. The transparency created by this step is important as it allows all interested parties the opportunity to become informed about and prepare for upcoming meetings. Therefore, as the Town of Woodstock is dedicated to compliance with the Open Meeting Law, and despite the agenda being posted publicly, we will be unable to move forward with Wednesday night’s meeting. The meeting will be rescheduled and notice will be provided about the new date. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
