E One Pumper/TankerMarch 2008 saw the delivery of Woodstock's newest fire truck.  Intended as a replacement for our Tanker 1, the new E One pumper/tanker provides both the water carrying capacity of a tanker and the flexibility of a 5 man cab pumper. Built by E One in Ocala, Florida this new truck has a 4 wheel drive system that will aid in the delivery of water and manpower to many of the more rural locations that Woodtock Fire Department services.




Don't burn trash !

Burnie Trash burning is illegal in Vermont, yet many still do it. Vermont's Agency of Natural Resources (ANR) has launched a public education effort called, "Don't Burn Vermont," to educate Vermonters about the harmful effects of trash burning, the penalties for violating the law, and low cost and convenient alternatives to burning trash.
